A young Cuban lover of physical exercise shared a video on her networks in which she describes the dilemmas he faces in Cuba in order to stay in shape.

Lili Lastres she considers herself a girl fitness, but maintaining that condition in Cuba is almost impossible due to the lack of basic food and other types that the country suffers.

"If I eat bread for breakfast, I don't have any for a snack.. "If I eat it for a snack, I don't have it for breakfast," he said.

Lili clarified that although she is not an actress, she wanted to expose the different situations that she has to deal with on a daily basis.

Another who is outside of Cuba recalled that while she lived on the Island she was never able to go to a gym because she had no money. "And the few times I tried it I felt weak, especially those days when I only had a cup of coffee or a glass of milk for breakfast."

"I always felt admiration and respect for the athletes of your country. They have more adversities than any athlete," admitted a Venezuelan.

A physical trainer assured Lili that she and all other Cubans are warriors, because the vast majority lack everything.

"We don't stop going to the gym hungry, even knowing that in the afternoon what will be at home for dinner will be pea stew, and yet you put that day into it as if it were our last time. We come home and eat whatever we have with the desire that our body takes advantage of it 100%, it is reality," he expressed.
