Havana street sweeper does not accept help from Cuban YouTuber: "I need it, but what does it matter?"

A sample of the simplicity and humility that some Cubans on the island still have.

The Cuban youtuber and influencer Iván Valdés Permuy, popularly known asCuban Clever, has uploaded a new video to his TikTok account in which he does one of his many social experiments on the streets of the island.

This time it was the turn of a Cuban street sweeper who was carrying out his work in the vicinity of El Vedado. Listillo Cubano approached him to want to give him money, something the man rejected at first.

After telling him that he had been working in this profession for a short time, the influencer told him that he would help him by giving him some bills and the man responded without hesitation: "No boy no, no no, that for you there is a lot of need".

Listillo Cubano tells him that his work is very important for society, so he wanted to collaborate."I need it, but what's the matter? Look, may God bless you and it really is a very good human work.", the man answered on this occasion.

The young man ended up putting the money in his pocket in the man's uniform, who continued saying that he couldn't accept it. After finally letting the influencer help him, the sweeper thanked him wholeheartedly for his help and told him that the money was very good for him because he had his mother who was sick, something that made the young man want to contribute even more.

"And this is for your mother, so you can buy her medicine", Listillo Cubano told him while giving him more money. However, the man did not want to accept a second help, since he says he felt more than happy with the first donation that had been given to him.
