Cuban family welcomes 94-year-old man to the United States: "Finally!"

The man arrived at the Orlando airport with three family members from Matanzas. They put him on parole on January 12, 2023 and approved it on February 13.

A Cuban family received a 94-year-old man who emigrated to the United States thanks to humanitarian parole.

The man arrived last Monday at the Orlando, Florida airport, with three other family members from Matanzas.

The tender video of the reunion was shared on Facebook by Internet user Osvaldo Camarón, who lives in Miami and apparently was the one who sponsored them.

"Finally!" said the author of the post.

As Camarón explained in the group "Humanitarian Parole I-134A", the request was made on January 12, 2023 and they received approval on February 13 of this year. The next day they received authorization to fly to the United States.

They finally traveled on March 11, less than a month later.

In the video you can see the old man arriving in a wheelchair driven by a young man. Several people were waiting for the family with balloons and came up to hug and kiss the new arrivals.

The old man, with a cane in his hand, looked happy and smiled incessantly.

Hundreds of people commented on the publication, where they wished the man success and praised the attitude of his children and grandchildren for taking him to live in the United States, and commented that despite his advanced age, it is never too late for happiness.

"Congratulations to the head of the Samper family, I am glad that everything turned out well and that the old man saw his wish come true", "Blessings to grandpa and his family who saved him", "God bless those children and grandchildren who are happy to having their old man with them", "Congratulations to his family who will have him at the time they need him most" and "Blessings and may it last 120 more years so that he can enjoy the good things about that country", were some of the comments.
