Daddy Yankee He has been one of the first international stars to show his support for Cuba after the massive protests that have been taking place in recent days in various places on the island.

He has done it through social networks, after sharing a post by the Cuban duo in the stories section of his Instagram account.Local People.

The Puerto Rican urban music star, who on more than one occasion has shown his interest in the island, echoed the following publication made by the group formed byAlexander Delgado and Randy Malcom.

In the post, the performers of "La Gozadera" ask for the end of the dictatorship and call on artists around the world to help them spread the news that "people in Cuba are in the streets asking for freedom."

"To the world and to fellow artists from other countries we want to say: That our people from Cuba are in the streets asking for freedom! The more people publish this, the further the message will go and the more people will join our fight. World we are counting on you! Long live Cuba free from Dictatorship! HOMELAND AND LIFE #SOSCuba", expressed Gente de Zona.

Yesterday,Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom They also spoke out through social networks about the protests in Cuba that began on Sunday, March 17 in Santiago de Cuba and have spread to other cities in the country.

The Monarch published the following text in his profile stories:"God put his hand on my country and free my people from that dictatorship. Down with the dictatorship. Long live Cuba Libre".

While Randy, for his part, expressed:"Cuba needs a radical change. What the people continue to go through is abusive, inexplicable. We need freedom to not have to leave our homeland, to not have to emigrate in search of a dignified future. Enough of abuse. Enough of repression. Homeland and Life".
