Gente de Zona is a Cuban salsa and reggaeton group founded by Alexander Delgado in 2000. The group combines reggaeton rhythms with more traditional forms of Cuban music.
Gente de Zona had its first major international success through its collaboration with Descemer Bueno and Enrique Iglesias in 2014 with "Bailando." The song was awarded three Latin Grammy Awards and also received international attention. Other big hits in 2015 included "Piensas (Dile La Verdad)" in collaboration with the Cuban-American Pitbull and "La gozadera" in collaboration with Marc Anthony.
