Cubans capture an alleged thief and the man defends himself with a curious explanation

The man denied that he had any intention of stealing despite being caught with a knife in his hand.

An alleged thief, knife in hand, was captured by neighbors in the city ofHolguin and the man defended himself by arguing: "I was pissing, buddy."

"Yes, up there pissing, eh? I caught you," a neighbor is heard responding, since apparently the man was discovered on a roof while he was stealing clothes that were hanging.

"What a piece"; "'Miando' with a knife in his hand"; "What kind of guy!" wrote some Internet users in the comments section of the images, published on Instagram by the events reporter Niover Licea.

"Thief falls from roof in Holguín and is caught by neighbors", wrote Licea along with the short video, in which the cold blood of the neighbors must be highlighted despite the fact that the individual was defending himself against the accusations with nothing less than a small knife that he never let go of and that he used to gesture and all.

The subject apparently had an injured knee and had a bloody arm as a result of the fall.

Until the closing of this note, no other details of the incident have emerged, which despite the criminal's singular argument adds to the growing list of events in which neighbors throughout the country capture all types of thieves.

In one of the most recent cases,Residents of the city of Santiago de Cuba arrested and tied up a thief to the fence of a house until the police arrived. Witnesses said that the subject snatched a cell phone from a woman in the vicinity of the Plaza de Marte and the Provincial Party headquarters.
