Newly arrived Cuban amazed by the meat in his first time in a supermarket in the United States: "I don't even want to see the chicken"

A Cuban woman recorded the astonishment of her father who had just arrived from the island during her first time in a supermarket in the United States. An experience that this Cuban will surely not forget, who could not help but be surprised when he saw the amount of meat.

Maitebeauty84, as this TikTok user identifies herself, shared the video of her father walking through Walmart and seeing the different meats on display, completely amazed by the quantity and variety of products. He even jokes that he doesn't see meat anywhere.

"I don't even want to see the chicken. There is good chicken", he comments as he stops to look. "Of course, chicken without hormones...", her daughter answers.

"When you bring your parents from Cuba and take them to Walmart for the first time. This was their reaction. It seems funny but it is a sad reality. Only we know the reality of not having the right or access to basic needs. Thank God now in a land of freedom in every aspect"said this Cuban about the video.

"There is no milk here, just like in Cuba," the man ironically points out next to the milk refrigerators, full of bottles.
