Representatives of Miss Universe Cuba will be chosen through virtual casting

Young Cuban women, or those girls who have one of their parents of that nationality, will have the opportunity to be selected through a virtual casting to represent the Caribbean nation in the Miss Universe beauty pageant.

The organizers of the event pointed out that they are looking for “inspiring, self-confident women with a deep love for their country,” who must fill out an online form and upload three photos, through the event website.

Elina Salavarría De Mora, in 1967, was the woman who represented Cuba for the last time.

The 73rd edition of the Miss Universe pageant, which highlights beauty, grace and cultural diversity internationally, will take place in Mexico in 2024, the news portal reported Hour!.
