Melissa Vallecilla has strongly criticized Anuel AA after he overlooked their daughter during an interview on Santiago Matías's show, Alofoke. In the conversation with the Dominican host, the rapper mentioned his other children, Pablo and Cattleya, but his remarks about Gianella were limited, only mentioning the difficult circumstances of his relationship with the child's mother and that she lives in Houston with her.
The young Colombian responded via Instagram, accusing Anuel of possibly losing his memory due to substance use, and questioned his commitment as a father by highlighting his involvement in Gianella's life, including financial support and custody battles.
"I want you to know that I am going to countersue you because you are not fit to be around my daughter, a bad father. And if I have to give up her support and last name, I will. I can raise my daughter like a queen on my own. That's why I studied; I am a professional woman and I can support my daughter," said Melissa in her Instagram stories, sharing some audio messages from her daughter's father.
"You say that I only seek money. How much have I actually asked for? Have I asked for luxuries? Just what my daughter is entitled to. [...] I maintain my side without causing scandals and only step forward to speak when someone disrespects my daughter. And if the issue is the money, don’t send Gia another cent; I’ll renounce that support. That's what I work for. I can manage on my own with my daughter, but then give me full custody of her," she added.
"I don't want my daughter surrounded by false, hypocritical, two-faced people."
Melissa also accused Anuel AA of using their daughter. "You used my daughter to clean up your image," she asserted. "They think that because they have money and fame, they can humiliate and trample on a child."
This is not the first conflict between Melissa and Anuel AA. Since her pregnancy was revealed, they have had a strained relationship that led to Anuel AA taking time to meet and publicly acknowledge their daughter.
