Through his social media, Limay Blanco has made known the case of a Cuban mother with two children who live outdoors, using scraps of materials she has been able to collect along the way, mostly from the garbage.
With the completion of this project, it is hoped that this can become the 37th house of the 'Christ Changes Lives' ministry, thanks to charitable donations.
In a video posted on his social media, Limay showed the regrettable living conditions of these people, including an elderly person.
"In his Instagram post, Blanco explained that 'Caso Intemperie' is a mother with two children and an older man living in terrible conditions."
He added that they live in a house made of all kinds of materials: tarps, nylon, cardboard, and even pieces of iron sheets.
To achieve his goal of providing a home in good condition for these people, the comedian also left a list of what is needed and asked for the solidary collaboration of those who could make a donation.
He mentioned that a brigade is working on the arrangements of a masonry house, but in order to deliver it with all the conditions, it needs: plates, glasses, fans, a television and a wall-mounted sink for it.
He also listed a bunk bed, two personal mattresses, a refrigerator, and construction materials.
It was at the end of March when Limay Blanco handed over house number 36 to a Cuban minor with disabilities, nicknamed "the pink girl" because she loves that color so much.
Limay himself, accompanied by his wife Glenda Medina, delivered the house to the girl's family, who used to live in poor conditions in Havana.
The moment was particularly emotional because the comedian had arranged for the family to gather at a house where they were supposedly going to receive clothing donations for the girl.
However, in the midst of the visit, the girl's mother received the surprise that inside a little box were the keys to her new house, which was the same home they were in at that moment.
The youngest -who is very affectionate- immediately embraced the comedian excitedly. The news triggered deep emotions in the whole family, who then toured the different rooms of their new house.
