Limay Blanco, known also as Muñi Muñi, is a Cuban comedian born in the Silvio Caro neighborhood of Bahía Honda, in the Pinar del Río municipality. Coming from very humble beginnings, he has stated on several occasions that his house had a dirt floor and that his spelling mistakes are due to him attending school just to "tell stories."

Limay, who as a child and young man had a great talent for telling Pepito's stories, formed a comedy group in the 90s alongside Ismel Gonzáles called Los Comelocos. His big break came with the comedy contest Los Amigos de Pepito, a humor show in the format of a joke competition that launched comedians like Lemay, who won all stages of the competition: the quarterly, the semiannual, and the annual.

In 2019, he shared the news of his resignation from the Yoruba religion and his subsequent conversion to Christianity through his social media, which sparked significant controversy among his audience. Limay uses his social media not only to promote his work and showcase his performances on the island but also to update his followers about his personal life.

Thanks to his networks, we learned that he contributed aid while working in the USA with those affected by the tornado that devastated several areas of Havana in January 2019. It is common to see Limay denounce the conditions in which Cuban families live and use the power of social media to seek assistance.

He did so in 2020 following a post that highlighted the desperate situation of a mother and her five young children living in extreme poverty in Pinar del Río, to whom he publicly committed to provide help once the pandemic was over.

In January 2021, the comedian sought help on social media for a 3-year-old girl who risked losing her only healthy eye after the other was removed due to ocular cancer. "Her parents have no resources and are asking for help. She urgently needs treatment, which requires her to travel," the comedian shared on social media.

Recently, the controversial comedian opened the doors of his home on his YouTube channel after receiving harsh criticism for his efforts in helping underprivileged families and demonstrated that everything he has is the result of his hard work. He also reiterated his desire to build a cabaret with the goal of raising funds to continue his charitable work.

In November 2020, it made headlines for being involved in the purchase of a wheelchair for a young Cuban with a disability residing in Villa Clara.
