With her voice choked up by tears, a little girl sent a message to Lionel Messi, hoping it would reach him and he could make her dream of meeting him come true.
"Hello Messi, I want to meet you," the little girl, daughter of Cuban parents, is heard saying in a video shared on Instagram by the Kasss Family profile, where videos and sketches with the girl and her siblings are common - some as hilarious as when they translated Cuban phrases into English.
"I love you very much," Salma says to the Argentine star in a video that has touched the hearts of social media, which came shortly after, distraught in tears, she said in a first video to her mom that she wanted to "see" the athlete.
In both moments, little Salmita - affectionately called in the comments - is wearing a Inter Miami shirt, the current team of the player from Rosario.
With the tenderness and innocence typical of her young age, the little girl responds to her mom that she has been a fan of the forward since he was born, and then, after being asked to wipe the sad face and list the reasons why she should get to know him, she says she is his fan "and I watch you play football."
