A car crashes into a church in Miami and leaves four injured, one of them in serious condition.

In a dramatic accident, two cars crashed this Thursday against a church in the northwest of Miami-Dade county, leaving four injured, one of them in critical condition.

The incident involved a bright orange Dodge Challenger that crashed into The New Solid Rock Baptist Church, at 9026 NW 22nd Avenue, in the West Little River area, Local 10 reported.

The surveillance cameras show the moment of impact and a wounded woman on the grass, who was attended to by firefighters.

A second gray-colored vehicle was crushed after also crashing into the church.

A large hole was left in the wall of the religious institution.

The incident occurred on Thursday morning in the northwest of the county, where Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel arrived.

The rescuers transferred the four injured individuals to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

A 21-year-old woman was reported in critical condition and her family told the aforementioned media that she had undergone surgery.

The other three injured people were in stable condition.

The police are investigating the causes of this unusual event.
