A Mexican woman shared the emotional moments when her Cuban in-laws arrived at the Tijuana International Airport and, after the longed-for embrace, she offered them a goat dinner as a welcome.
"The day has come," said the woman known as AlisaVlogs in a video posted on Facebook, where she is seen with her husband, a Cuban man who goes by the name Pollo.
"It's incredible what I'm feeling, sometimes I pinch myself to see if it's real," said the husband, showing clear signs of the excitement of the family reunion.
Once the Cuban in-laws arrived, beautiful images were captured where kisses and hugs were the protagonists.
The welcome continued with a dinner of kid goat, one of the most prized dishes in Mexican cuisine.
"This was the welcome we gave to the elderly, and we shared a great time together as a family, all united and happy to have these wonderful elderly people here, in Mexico," pointed out the author of the video, expressing great satisfaction with family reunions.
Recently, a user on TikTok shared a video of the emotional moment when she arrives on the island to surprise her family, moments she accompanied with the background music of "Cuba, isla bella" by Orishas.
