Looking good and always young is a principle in Eduardo Antonio's life; as the popular Cuban saying goes, "he doesn't let himself go," and for that reason, he has just undergone a new cosmetic surgery in Miami.

The Cuban singer shared with CiberCuba that he underwent an aesthetic procedure to "eliminate dark circles and bags under his lower eyelids."

"I'm going to get my lower eyelids done because I feel like I have a bit of fat, some bags; I look a bit puffy, and I don't like it. I want to look good because when I look good, I feel good. I love myself much more, and I’ll be better for all of you," she said to her followers on Instagram.

In his profile on that social media platform, El Divo clarified: “This surgery is common. It’s just to refresh the look and remove those unsightly bags. It’s nothing serious; in fact, I’m already home. That was yesterday, and everything is going fine. Greetings and blessings. See you on Sunday at the Tamalazo. Love you all.”

As is customary in Eduardo Antonio's life and career, the criticism came swiftly: "I think you should stop with the surgeries, but you know what you're doing"; "Oh God, Eduardo, you are beautiful—why so much surgery? Take care of yourself"; "Now that he’s with a younger guy, he wants to look better"; "He can hardly talk with all the things he’s had done; he looks like a robot."

One of his followers in the comments told him, "When you turn 10 years older, you’re going to get depressed," and El Divo's response was immediate: "No way, I’ll just have surgery again."

However, there were some followers who came to his defense: “Let him be, he is happy this way; some people don’t undergo surgery and are happy in their own way. Everyone should do what they want with their body. Let's stop criticizing others a bit”; “Do whatever you want, it’s your body”; “Be how you want to be, and that’s it; if you feel happy, that’s what matters.”
