They prohibit youtuber from recording video in front of the Havana Capitol.

This is not the first incident of its kind in recent months.

The Cuban youtuber Lino García, known as "El Creador Cubano", was interrupted by a security guard while conducting an interview near the National Capitol.

In the video that was interrupted, Garcia was asking Erick Lacal Ferrer, a Cuban resident living abroad but visiting the island, about the characteristics that distinguish his compatriots, to which Lacal Ferrer responded, "the charisma."

However, at that moment, a guard approached gesturing for them to move away from the place.

"I am Cuban but I live abroad. However, these people do not like to be charismatic, these people are like that... Imagine, the government forces them to be like that," the young man said when the guard interrupted them.

"How sad, really! Such a beautiful country and they are forced to be like that. They are a bunch of idiots…, really," added the visitor, who was then approached by a police officer, who also prevented them from recording.

"Me? What happened to me now?" the young man can be heard saying, who told the police officer that there is no sign in the vicinity of the Capitol prohibiting recording.

"No one can go inside. We are explaining to you what is established," said the police officer, who seemed to be referring to an area where one cannot be.

This is not the first time that a similar incident has occurred in the vicinity of the iconic Capitolio in Havana, a landmark location and since 2015 the seat of the National Assembly of Cuba.

At the end of January, a family experienced a similar situation while trying to take a picture in front of the Capitol. In that case, the guard warned them that they were not allowed to take photos in the area and threatened to call the police.

In the video, which went viral, a child was seen sitting on the steps of the Capitol accompanied by two women and a man, completing the family scene.

When trying to take a photograph, a security guard approached to prevent them from doing so. Despite this, one of the women hugged the child and took the picture, exchanging words with the guard. Fearlessly, the woman replied for him to call the police, but they were not doing anything wrong.
