FINCIMEX (Financiera Cimex S.A.), belonging to the business conglomerate GEAESA, announced that the English company Small World Financial Services, which had been operating remittances to Cuba since 2011, has ceased operations worldwide.

This financial service was in high demand from Europe for its stability, security, and immediacy. The Cuban entity stated on its social media that there are no operations in transit or pending at the time of the closure of operations.

FINCIMEX added that they will keep clients informed about any news of interest regarding this unexpected interruption, and offered other "official channels" for remittances to the island from Europe as an alternative.

They are tocopay; grupotitanes; fonmoney through oceancard and moneyexchange.
