Leoni Torres invites his followers to sing his song dedicated to Cuba.

Leoni Torres released "Cubano" this week, a song that from start to finish is a tribute to his homeland, its traditions, and culture.

Through Instagram, the singer from Camaguey invited his followers, "everyone who proudly feels Cuban", to share videos on their social media singing the chorus of this song.

The response from his music fans was immediate, and many of them, besides creating their own videos, filled the singer with praise for dedicating a song to his country with that blend of pride in being Cuban and longing.

A young couple joined the choir of their song with the accompaniment of a piano and calling it a "great song".

Others, simply, while driving their car, were listening to the song and singing it as if the lyrics were running through their veins.

Leoni accompanied this song with a music video that alternates images of Cuba and Miami, the city where so many like him reside, and where Cuban culture is palpable.
