Representing Cuba! A young Cuban paid tribute to her roots upon graduating in Spain.


A young Cuban woman in Spain has just graduated from high school proudly displaying the Cuban flag, thus paying tribute to her origins and remembering where she comes from. A moment she wanted to share on TikTok to express the pride she feels for having achieved this goal despite having had to leave the island.

From her graduation, user @1234_marian2 has made witnesses of the users with several videos she has shared sending different messages. "To the teacher who said that I was never going to graduate", "Still in another life I did graduate in my country alongside all my family" or "Graduating because my life did not end when I had to flee my country", becoming viral on TikTok, where many Cubans have congratulated her for her achievement and applauded her for representing her country.

"Representing Cuba", "Congratulations. With our flag held high", "beautiful, representing Cubaaa", are some of the messages dedicated to the young woman, who responded by saying "wherever I go, I carry mine".

In addition, many comments mentioned her resemblance to the Cuban singer Camila Cabello. "I thought it was Camila Cabello," they pointed out.
