During his speech, he humorously suggests that the next tournament be held at the Pedro Marrero stadium in Havana. With his characteristic gestures and pauses, he ensures that "the revolutionary troops are available to collaborate with all imperialists" who wish to participate in this grand event.

The impersonator also commented on the recent altercations in the Copa América, suggesting that in Cuba these problems would be quickly resolved thanks to the "revolutionary efficiency."
