Wrestler Hulk Hogan tears his shirt in support of Trump: "They shot my hero"

"Donald Trump is a true American hero and I am proud to support my hero as the next president of the United States."

The legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan starred in an enthusiastic display of support for Donald Trump on the final day of the Republican National Convention, ripping his shirt as he used to do in his great shows years ago.

Before an ecstatic audience, Hogan, 70 years old, asserted that Trump is a "gladiator" and a "true American hero," revealed that he has known him for 35 years, and demanded that 'Trump-mania' be established again in the country.

"He is going to win in November, and when he does, we will all be champions again. He has been the greatest patriot and still is. He has always said exactly what he thinks, and regardless of the odds, he always finds a way to win," he noted.

"What happened last week, when they shot my hero and tried to kill the next president of the United States… That's enough! Let 'trumpmania' run wild! Let 'trumpmania' govern again! Let 'trumpmania' make America great again!" he exclaimed as he ripped his shirt.

The attendees at the event began to shout: USA, USA, USA! Beneath the torn garment, Hogan was wearing another red shirt with the last names Trump and Vance (his running mate), which points to the Republican in the November elections.

"Do you know something, Trump supporters, I must give you a little preview here: my name is Terry Gene and I am an entertainment artist. I try to stay out of politics, but after everything I have seen happen to our country in the last four years and everything that happened last weekend... I can’t stay silent," he explained.

"Tonight I am here because I want the world to know that Donald Trump is a true American hero, and I am proud to support my hero as the next president of the United States," he emphasized.

Donald Trump has been involved with professional wrestling for decades, has hosted its competitions, and is even a member of the WWE Hall of Fame since 2013, thanks to his friendship with Vince McMahon, businessman and founder of WWE.
