The United States Embassy in Cuba is seeking staff to increase the team processing visas in the Consular Section in Havana.

The offer is aimed at dynamic, qualified candidates who will be responsible for processing immigrant and non-immigrant visas, as well as managing the Cuban Family Reunification Parole program, among other functions.

Ideal candidates should have at least three consecutive years of experience in customer service. Additionally, it is essential that they have the Government of Cuba (GOC) permit to work in the country.

This requirement applies to both Cuban citizens and legal residents as well as the diplomatic corps accredited by the GOC, including diplomats from other countries and their families.

Interested parties must submit their application through the Electronic Recruitment Application System (ERA). It is essential that they send all documentation supporting their legal right to work in Cuba.

Those who are selected must undergo a security investigation before their appointment and, if they are Cuban citizens, will need the approval and hiring from the employment agency PALCO.
