Alejandro Cuervo and Arletis Rodríguez recently shared in an interview how they met.
In conversation with La Familia cubana, Arletis began by saying that they had met in a bar during the birthday of a close friend. Alejandro was there, as is usual on his nights of sharing and visiting bars. At that moment, the actor approached Arletis and invited her to dance.
"Maybe she paid the least attention to me, you know that human beings like challenges, and perhaps that was what made me approach her," he said in the relaxed conversation where the chemistry and complicity between the two were evident, and in which both agreed that the actor is more inclined to looks and actions than to compliments.
Since that meeting "and until today," their relationship has continued to strengthen.
On April 30th, they celebrated their second wedding anniversary. Additionally, in December of the previous year, they celebrated 10 years together, a moment when the actor took the opportunity to share an anecdote from their early days: “Well, yes, today marks 10 years since we kissed for the first time, from that night when he asked me where I parked, I laughed and told him I don't have a car; what I can invite you to are some walls with a roof and no bathroom that will be my future home ((and he refused to go)) because a few days later I was already preparing lunch for the construction workers.”
The couple has formed a beautiful family with their two children: Bastian, born on October 4, 2022, and Aston, born on June 4 of this year.
