A Cuban father with two children and a pregnant wife, threatened with deportation in the U.S., receives parole.

The Cuban father, along with his two children and his pregnant wife, celebrated the granting of parole.

The Cuban father who had I-220B status (order of supervision and deportation), detained in June by the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and who faced the imminent threat of deportation that would have left his pregnant wife and two young children in the U.S., was released this Monday with humanitarian parole.

The influencer Dairon Cano (@dairon_cano_champions), who brought the case to light on social media, reported this Monday that the ICE released the Cuban father with the granting of parole.

The Cuban thanked all the people who showed interest in him and supported his pregnant wife and children.

"They gave me my life back," María Isabel said, expressing deep gratitude to everyone, especially to the influencer Cano.

The latter dedicated some beautiful words to the Cuban family after months of anguish: "Very soon you will tell a different story, a story of how miracles found you, a story of success, full of so much inspiration, you will give a lot of hope to so many people when they see how much you overcame and yet, with everything, you reached the top with faith. And confidence in yourself."

Recently, the Cuban Mario de León Díaz, a 26-year-old man facing a deportation order, was able to reunite with his pregnant wife Marien Acosta after being released by U.S. immigration authorities.

The migrant had an I-220B document and had been detained by ICE during a routine appointment to be deported on the flight that left for the island with 54 Cubans.

This deportation flight arrived in Cuba on July 18 with a group consisting of 40 men and 14 women, who mostly left Cuba legally but then joined irregular routes to reach the U.S. border.
