A chocolate shop in Havana captured, through a surveillance camera, the moment when two women stole some products from its establishment.
"Yesterday afternoon, these girls intentionally stole something that did not belong to them from our store," denounced "La Chocolatera" on their Facebook page, located in the municipality of Playa.
In the shared video, it can be seen how the two women take some products from the place, put them in their bags, and then leave the facility.
"These bad behaviors affect social well-being, and they are negative actions that we expose from La Chocolatera, hoping that these types of incidents will be definitively eradicated from our society," they state in the publication signed by the General Management of the business.
Last June, two thefts captured on camera were reported. The first was of a man who entered a house and stole a washing machine that was in the backyard.
In Santiago de Cuba, a man was captured by a surveillance camera at the exact moment he entered a café and stole a cell phone.
At the end of July, a neighbor's surveillance cameras recorded the moment when, in broad daylight, a thief stole two bicycles from a house in the Playa municipality.
The images show a young man taking a bicycle out of a house. Upon exiting, he closes the gridded door of the entrance, steps down carrying the bike, and gets on another one that was parked outside and apparently he had taken out before.
He rides away, pedaling calmly on the sidewalk, holding the other bicycle with one hand, in front of a person who has just arrived at the place and observes attentively what is happening, although they do not intervene.
