Two people were injured during an accident early Saturday morning in Miami-Dade County, according to police sources.

The incident, which occurred in the Golden Glades area, left an officer from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and the driver of a Toyota Camry injured, Local 10 News reported.

According to the official version of the accident, the driver of the Toyota Camry "lost control" while traveling south on Interstate 95, slid on the wet road, and crashed into a parked Dodge Challenger belonging to the FHP.
