Seidy La Niña: "A respectable Cuban travels with her coffee maker."

"This American coffee is not for anyone," says the Cuban singer who prefers strong coffee.

Like many Cubans, Seidy La Niña is one of those who prefers strong, dark coffee, and of course she feels the difference when she goes anywhere and they serve her that "watery coffee" which is nothing like that of her homeland.

To avoid this problem, the Cuban singer has a very practical solution: wherever she goes, she brings her coffee maker.

“A respectable Cuban travels with her coffee maker,” asserts the artist who, on her trip to Houston, where she will be in concert this weekend, packed her coffee maker in her suitcase to not miss out on a good coffee.

"This American coffee is not for anyone," adds Seidy as she gives up the hotel coffee to prepare a Bustelo that has the strong flavor and roast that Cubans like.

"It has to come out black, strong, powerful, hard, and explosive... the coffee," says the artist with a laugh before starting to sing "¡Ay Mamá Inés!".

"There is nothing better than a Cuban coffee," she says very firmly, and her followers support her to the extent that one of her followers confesses that "she will leave the husband but not the coffee maker."

How many of you out there are lovers of a good Cuban coffee?

What do you think?
