A young Cuban father living in the United States has touched hearts on social media by sharing the emotional moment of his return to Cuba after more than four and a half years without seeing his daughter.
In the video shared on his TikTok profile, @gera_20.cu, you can see the heartfelt reunion with the little girl, whom he embraces with great emotion.
This anticipated moment, which many other Cubans also long for in their own lives, became a moving testimony to the importance of family for those living outside their country.
"I return home after 4 and a half years, thank you God for allowing me to reunite with my princess and be able to give her that hug I always dreamed of," Gera wrote along with the video, accompanied by Cuban flags and hashtags like #cuba and #reunion.
