A Cuban woman has sparked laughter and amazement on TikTok after sharing a photo in a hotel on the island, drawing attention to the accessory she used for her vacation... a bag of rice that is sold in the United States!

The reality is that many Cubans in the United States save the bags of rice they buy at supermarkets to send them to their relatives in Cuba, who will give a second life to these bags from brands like "Royal Basmati." However, what nobody expected was for a Cuban to use one as an accessory for a beach look.

It was the same protagonist of this photoshoot who posted her picture showcasing this unique accessory on TikTok, on her profile @yusimit._1, where the image quickly went viral, sparking humorous comments among the Cuban community on the social network.

"Oh so beautiful and so simple, it doesn't matter that it's made of rice, the anecdote will remain for generations," "That's why I always send everything with instructions and warn my mom because I know my people well," "It was the beach bag, right? Cubans sure know how to escape," "And I was looking for what was wrong until I saw the Royal wallet, a very recognized brand!!! Suffer, Gucci," "I was looking at the photo and didn't understand until I saw her Carolina Royal wallet," "Those wallets are causing a stir in Cuba. Since my family asks me for them, there will continue to be people like her with her best flow," "Please, when sending gifts to Cuba, say what they are for," or "Hermes is releasing new models," some users joked.

This story not only highlights the sense of humor of Cubans but also how many of the products sent by Cubans from the United States take on a new life on the island.

"I died when I saw what it was, and the funniest part, everyone looking at me and I thinking 'phew, I'm so trendy,'" the Cuban commented on one of the posts. "A total diva in that hotel with a beach bag," the protagonist said in another message, making it clear that she has taken this anecdote with humor.
