"Is it possible to find work outside of Miami?": Cuban speaks about job opportunities in Port Charlotte.

"In the beauty sector, there is a huge demand."

The Cuban TikTok user known as @m_a_r_i_l_e_y shared a video in which she answers one of the most frequently asked questions from her audience: "Is it possible to find work outside of Miami?"

Mari, who lives in Port Charlotte, Florida, took the opportunity to talk about her experience in this city, highlighting that, although she is not directly immersed in the in-person job market due to her work as a health insurance agent, she says that "you can always find work."

In the video, lasting over two minutes, Mari highlighted that Port Charlotte is a growing city, with new constructions and opportunities ranging from jobs in construction to cleaning and moving services. According to her, "the house that currently costs 300,000 will cost 500,000" due to the constant development of the city, which also creates new job opportunities.

However, he pointed out that it is necessary to "know a little English" to access many of these opportunities.

The Cuban also spoke about the growing demand in the beauty sector in the area, noting that there are few people who offer good service, which represents an interesting opportunity for those looking to work in that field.

User reactions were immediate, sparking a discussion in the comments about the reality of working outside of Miami. Some expressed curiosity about the place, asking for details such as housing prices and job opportunities for people specialized in the "handyman" area. Others, on the other hand, warned that life in these areas is not always easy, highlighting that some have gone up to six months without finding employment, which has led to a healthy debate about the pros and cons of moving to developing areas in Florida.

Mari has previously shared other videos about her life in Port Charlotte, such as when she showcased her spacious house and the tranquil atmosphere of the city, reinforcing the idea that there is life beyond Miami for those willing to explore new opportunities.
