The sale of houses in Cuba generates surprising ads, such as a property in Havana that, for $90,000, offers a luxurious home with a pool and an included restaurant-bar.

Erick Miralles posted in the Facebook group "Sale of Houses and Apartments in Havana" that the property located in San Miguel del Padrón, on 600 square meters, becomes an "ideal site for a rental business, bar, restaurant, or to live like a king."

In the other wing is the dwelling, which includes a garden, porch, garage, and a patio with fruit trees. Additionally, it has blueprints and the right to build another structure on the land.

Inside the house, there is a large living room, kitchen-dining room, a small sitting room, and two bedrooms connected by a bathroom. Another room, currently used as a storage space and office for the business, has a private bathroom and access to a terrace that connects the bar and the house.

In the bar area, there is a 6-foot pool table, a chalkboard with accessories, a display refrigerator, split-type air conditioning, a 32-inch television, tables for groups of 2, 4, and 8 people, a cash register, a laptop for the sales system, and a thermal printer.

For the restaurant, a wide variety of utensils and equipment is offered, such as grills, trays, coolers, taco holders, trash baskets, digital scales, cutlery, pizza boards, ovens, refrigerators of various capacities, microwaves, and an industrial kitchen with a griddle. In addition, the restaurant is equipped with stainless steel sinks and work tables, as well as exhaust hoods.

Outside, the area is furnished with 7 small tables and chairs for four people, as well as another 7 large tables and chairs for four people, providing a comfortable space for outdoor customers.

Finally, Miralles stated that he has the papers ready for the sale.

It is not the first time that properties in Havana have been offered for sale, perfect for starting or expanding businesses.

Recently, two ground-floor apartments were put up for sale, located in El Vedado, one of the most sought-after areas of Havana.

However, the prices of these properties, although attractive to investors, remain out of reach for most Cubans, whose average monthly salary is around 4,000 Cuban pesos, approximately 25 dollars at the current exchange rate.

Such is the case with the recent announcement of a house for sale for $120,000 in the Playa municipality of Havana, which sparked comments on social media, including one that ironically asked whether the property was in Cuba or Florida, United States.
