The heartfelt prayer of Eduardo Antonio for El Taiger

"In the same way you saved me when I was seriously ill, extend your hand, extend your mantle to save El Taiger," said Divo de Placetas, visibly moved.

The singer Eduardo Antonio visited a church and knelt before an effigy of Saint Jude Thaddeus, known as the advocate of impossible causes, to request his intervention for the health of the reggaeton artist El Taiger, who is fighting for his life in Miami.

"I am your son Eduardo Antonio Jiménez. I come to ask you with all my fervor and with all my heart that just as you saved me when I was gravely ill, you extend your hand and your mantle to save El Taiger," said the Divo de Placetas, visibly moved.

“He is a young person, a man who still deserves to be in this world. Help him move forward,” she added.

"Help him overcome all the difficulties he is facing. Remove from his path the ill intentions and negative thoughts of those who do not wish him well. I ask you to assist him in my name, for all the miracles you have always granted me," concluded the artist.

In the comments section of the post, Eduardo Antonio received thanks from many people who praised his gesture and joined in his wishes for the reggaeton artist's recovery.

However, others criticized him for recording himself while praying, and some expressed disagreement with the clothing he wore for the occasion.

"For those who might be interested, I want to let you know that I recorded myself because I believe that if others join in praying for him, he will be saved in the name of God. The reason I'm dressed this way is that after leaving church, I went to record a special for international television. I don't want him to die. I want him to live," the singer clarified in the comments section.

Previously, the Divo had already posted another photo of himself with El Taiger, asking for his own recovery.

The investigation into the incident where Cuban reggaeton artist El Taiger was shot in the head is still ongoing, but speculation on social media has intensified following the emergence of images from a police operation at a residence in Hialeah.

So far, there have been no arrests, according to Univisión journalist Daniel Benítez. The police continue to seek more information and individuals believed to have been with El Taiger before the tragic event.
