In a recent appearance on Enrique Santos' program, Marcel Reinosa, manager of the Cuban singer El Taiger, shared encouraging details about the evolution of his health status. According to Reinosa, doctors have observed a small but significant progress in the artist's recovery after he was hospitalized last Thursday following a gunshot wound to the head.
The manager revealed that El Taiger's kidney has started to function little by little, and his body is showing positive signs as it regulates its temperature on its own. "It's very good that his body is starting to react on its own," he stated. He also emphasized that the singer does not exhibit brain death, which provides "one hundred percent hope" for his recovery.
Although there is still uncertainty, as the inflammatory process has not concluded, Reinosa explained that doctors are conducting constant tests to monitor the evolution of his condition. "Nothing can be determined until the inflammation completely subsides," he pointed out, emphasizing the importance of the tests that will be performed in the coming days.
This update has brought relief to his followers and family members, who are eagerly awaiting more progress in El Taiger's health.
