How much is the dollar, euro, and MLC in Cuba today?

The instability of the black market severely affects Cubans, driving up the prices of basic goods and limiting access to imported products.

On October 12, 2024, the dollar (USD) is quoted at 325 CUP, the euro (EUR) at 340 CUP, and the MLC at 265 CUP in the informal market of Cuba. These figures reflect the ongoing devaluation of the Cuban peso against foreign currencies.

The fluctuating value of currencies increases economic uncertainty, as many depend on the dollar or the euro for everyday transactions, while their income in pesos loses value quickly.
