"Rest Easy, Homie": Seidy La Niña moves with a song in tribute to El Taiger.

"Although your soul is already in a better place, why did you leave without telling us?" the chorus goes.

"There will be no one to take your place, because your music will always be a legacy," sings Seidy La Niña in her new song, dedicated to El Taiger, which just landed on her YouTube channel a few hours ago.

"Descansa paisano" is the title of the single, which is an ode to a life cut short, to all that was left behind. From the heartbreak caused by the sudden loss of the Cuban reggaeton artist, the song also pays tribute to the legacy of El Taiger, who died on October 10 after a week fighting for his life in the hospital following a shooting, the circumstances of which are still under police investigation.

The song, applauded by the followers of both Cuban artists, is full of nods to themes from 'la tranka de Cuba', and includes his voice and even his smile in the background.

Although the topic has received criticism and some have questioned the reasons for so many songs dedicated to El Taiger, as can be seen from these comments, "But my question is, all those who have released a song, do they give the benefits to his family, his daughters, or do they pocket it?"; "Another one looking for money with Taiger's death"; "You should have made a video for it to have more reach and visibility"; "Omg making a song to make money. For likes," the majority have reacted with praise, thanks for the tribute, or messages of empathy and sadness for the tragic death of the urban artist at the age of 37.

"Thank you for bringing your love to our fellow countryman, his departure has truly hurt a lot"; "Beautiful song, it came from your heart as he deserves"; "Thank you Seidy for this theme, you are a darling my queen, the song dedicated to the tranka of my Cuba turned out beautifully"; "Of all the songs that have been released related to Taiger, believe me, we have to take our hats off to this super beautiful song"; "I like the song because it has sincerity"; "The tranka deserved no less from you"; "What a beautiful song, with heartfelt feeling"; "Lovely tribute Seidy, light for your spirit José"; "It's the most beautiful thing I've heard, you are the best one to sing to him"; "Excellent voice, excellent theme, excellent composition and production"; "Release it already, it's super," many thanked La Mulatica for her tribute song, which adds to others dedicated to El Taiger both during his hospitalization and after it was known that he had passed away.
