"You don't have a job because you don't want one": Cuban in the USA explains how to apply to Walmart.

"I recommend Sam's a thousand times more than Walmart."

The Cuban Yanet, known as @yanetatlanta on TikTok, is making waves with a video where she humorously teaches, step by step, how to apply for jobs at Walmart or Sam's Club. Her video starts off strong: "You don't have a job because you don't want one," a statement that immediately grabbed the attention of those looking for employment in the United States.

In her explanation, Yanet demonstrates how to go to Google and search for "Walmart Careers" to access available job openings. From there, she guides her followers on how to complete the application, including entering the ZIP code to find positions at nearby stores. She also emphasizes that both Sam's Club and Walmart use the same site for applications, but suggests that Sam's is a much better option. According to Yanet, Sam's pays more and offers a free Plus membership.

Although she admits that her personal experience working at Sam's was not the best, she insists that this can vary from store to store. What matters, according to her, is that people apply and work because "you have to make sales, my dear."

The video generated thousands of reactions and comments. One follower expressed total agreement with the recommendation from Sam's Club, while another laughed, admitting that they already work at Walmart and still watched the entire video. There were also those who shared their frustrations, stating that they have applied several times and received no calls. One follower highlighted that after following Yanet's steps, they received a call for an interview in just 15 minutes. Others wondered if the English language could be a barrier for applying, sparking a small debate among users.

Have you ever applied to Walmart or Sam’s Club? What was your experience like? Share with us in the comments if Yanet's tips helped you or if you have any tricks for finding a job at these stores. Your story could help others who are in the same situation!
