Aymée Nuviola opens up from the gym, and her fans support her.

"You are gifting your life health and longevity. You don’t have to love the process, but you will love the results," reads one of the messages from their followers.

Aymée Nuviola holds nothing back, and she recently shared on Instagram that, although she doesn't like the gym, she "has to" exercise. With her charisma and straightforwardness, Aymée told her followers how she was convinced to start lifting weights: "I don't enjoy it, but I have to. And once I got into the gym, it somehow motivated me. Tell me about your experiences; I’d love to read them," she wrote, along with several hashtags and a question: "What do you think?"

In a video where she is seen holding weights, Aymée joked: "My people, I don’t like exercising, but I have to, and here I am, at the gym, with weights in hand... what can I say, it's a chore. I know there are a few like me who can’t stand it either and show up, so I’m with you."

The responses came quickly, and her followers felt a connection. “I can't stand the gym, but you have to go. Hugs,” commented one fan; “You’re gifting yourself health and longevity. You don’t have to love the process, but you’ll love the results,” encouraged another follower. Someone else tried to motivate her by sharing advice: “Exercise not only changes the body, it changes the mind, attitude, and mood; it’s the best medicine.” Another humorous comment read: “Tell me how you get motivated so I can see if I can achieve it with that formula.”

Many also supported Aymée with encouraging messages: “You've got this, Aymée”; “Keep pushing, you’ll see the results and you’ll love it”; and some completely related, confessing that they aren’t fans of the gym either: “I don’t like it either, but it’s necessary. Cheers, you’re amazing!”; “That’s me”; and “Oh, I don’t like it either, but I know I have to push myself.”

Among the messages, those who encouraged her to focus on the long-term benefits stood out: "When you start to see the results, you’ll see that you will love it," as well as advice on nutrition: "Add vegetable juices; they may not taste great, but health comes first. It’s hard at first, but you get used to everything."

It is clear that Aymée Nuviola and her honesty have struck a chord with her followers. Her confession about the gym turned into a space for sharing, motivating each other, and laughing at the effort many put into taking care of their health, even if they don’t always love it!
