The apartment features elegant decor and stunning views. It rents for $3,800 per month.

Cuban Raciel Reyes, known for being the CEO of the Miami Vice agency, showcased his luxurious and spectacular apartment in Miami.

In one of the videos typically made by real estate agent Robert Sielmann on Instagram, Raciel gave a detailed tour of the place where he lives with his partner.

For this property, located in Downtown very close to Brickell, the Cuban developer pays a monthly rent of $3,800, but he clarifies that it is low because he has been living in that place for years.

"This at night is insane," one can hear him say as he showcases the incredible views of the city of Miami visible from the apartment.

Inside the home, elegant decoration in light tones and white prevails. In the master bedroom, there is a large bed and a wall-sized painting that adds a touch of good taste.

He turned a second room into a dressing room for his fiancée, Daniela. "The girls have a lot of clothes," he says playfully, while the bathroom is a dream, designed so that you never want to leave it.

The most special space in the apartment is the balcony, where they often enjoy views of the city: “I love this place. We always come home from work and sit out here; it’s very relaxing.”

Recently, for the same Instagram profile, Ángel Sánchez, also CEO of Miami Vice, showcased his apartment located in a very exclusive area of Miami, for which he pays a rent of around $6,000.
