The relationship between Ana de Armas and Manuel Anido Cuesta, son of Lis Cuesta and advisor to the ruler Miguel Díaz-Canel, continues to make headlines; Claudia Valdés, a close friend of the actress, spoke out about this romance on social media.

On Instagram, one of Claudia's followers asked her what she thought about it, and Alexis Valdés's partner responded in a video.

"It's her body, her conscience, her morals, not mine; I have absolutely nothing to do with any of that. I would have stayed with Ben Affleck," said the Cuban actress.

Ana de Armas and Claudia Valdés studied acting together, and that's how their friendship began.

Last year, when the protagonist of Blonde traveled to Havana and celebrated her birthday in style, Claudia Valdés was one of the guests at the party and traveled from Miami to the island for the celebration.

After the celebration photos surfaced, Claudia faced significant criticism, particularly from the Cuban community in Miami, to the extent that Alexis Valdés himself came to her defense.
