La Mamilover sends a protest letter to Louis Vuitton following the revelation of the affair between Ana de Armas and Manuel Anido

Taty Guiribitey, a Cuban influencer and entrepreneur, protests against Louis Vuitton for featuring Ana de Armas as the face of the brand.

After learning about the romance between Ana de Armas, the face of the luxury brand Louis Vuitton, and Manuel Anido Cuesta, the stepson of Miguel Díaz-Canel, the Cuban philanthropist, entrepreneur, and influencer based in Miami, Taty Guiribitey, sent a protest letter to the company.

La Mamilover, as she is known on social media, and the Guiribitey family, including their daughter Camila, are among the top clients of the prestigious French fashion house Louis Vuitton.

"I sent them a letter and told them that as of today, I was still a customer of theirs, but that until they removed Ana de Armas as the face of the brand, they couldn't count on me," said La Mamilover in an interview with Alexander Otaola.

"I'm not the most important customer, and Bernard Arnault isn't going to go bankrupt because of me, but they will lose a good few million because I do spend money on the brand—quite a lot, indeed. So at least they'll be facing that loss," she added, referring to the CEO of the prominent company.

"It is important that we are respected and valued as customers," stated Taty Guiribitey, explaining that her letter was addressed not only to the French fashion house's headquarters in the United States but also to its office in Europe.

"You know why they don't fail? Because we Cubans are not united," she asserted, convinced that the only way to boycott Ana de Armas is this.

In addition to showcasing super exclusive pieces from the French brand, including some that have never been released and are one-of-a-kind, Taty and Camila Guiribitey hosted an elegant reception last September at the Louis Vuitton store in Madrid before the baptism of little Alma. They also spent the summer at the exclusive Louis Vuitton castle, a venue frequented by a select group of individuals from around the world.
