The individuals responsible for the recent murder of a security guard at an agricultural farm of the Ministry of Sugar (MINAZ) in El Cristo, Santiago de Cuba, have been apprehended and confessed to the crime, according to official sources.
On Facebook, the regime's spokesperson profile "Heroes of Moncada" announced this Thursday the capture of those responsible for the murder, revealing that one of them was even a colleague of the victim, Luis Mario Castillo.
According to the publication, based on testimonies from neighbors and acquaintances of the victim, the circumstances surrounding the events and the detention of the alleged perpetrators by MININT officials were revealed.
The victim was violently and unexpectedly attacked by one of his own coworkers during the shift, with the aim of stealing three oxen, slaughtering them, and selling the meat.
The perpetrators of the crime, after being detained and giving a confession, will be charged with murder, stated "Héroes del Moncada."
"They will be brought before a court to be judged and punished with the severity that such a reprehensible crime deserves," he emphasized.
Additionally, they reported that two of the three stolen oxen were recovered and returned to the organization.
The custodian was named Luis Mario Castillo, popularly known as "Luis, la pulla." He was approximately 54 years old and lived in the La Tordera neighborhood in El Cristo, sources close to the victim reported to CiberCuba.
Castillo worked as a custodian at a cooperative belonging to MINAZ, where he was stabbed and hanged. He was found dead around six in the morning by his colleagues, they confirmed to our outlet.
Additionally, he had worked with the police and as a courier, delivering bread in various neighborhoods of the area.
