According to Local 10 News, the lucky player purchased a "quick-pick" ticket at a store located in Lehigh Acres, a city in Lee County.
The ticket matched the five main numbers from last Friday's draw, but it did not include the additional number known as the Mega Ball, so its owner did not win the jackpot of 113 million dollars, which went to the state of Arizona.
Another ticket from Michigan matched the main combination and won the additional prize of one million.
The winning numbers were 8, 10, 37, 54, and 69, with a Mega Ball of 22.
A report from Univisión states that the winner from Florida has not come forward to claim their prize, and their identity remains unknown.
"The Florida Lottery urged the winner to come forward and claim their prize, which must be done within the next 180 days before the ticket expires," it reported.
The ticket can be redeemed at any district office of the Florida Lottery. The offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4 pm, and no appointment is necessary.
