According to a friend of the affected, Britney Domínguez, in a post on Facebook in the group "nail products in Havana," the thieves took the nail polishes, and she even shared two images showing the shelf full before the robbery and completely empty afterward.

"Dear colleagues, we are coming together to help a fellow worker who found her shop completely empty when she arrived. It is very sad; we all know the sacrifices we make as manicurists to buy our products. If anyone sees something similar being sold, please let us know. Today it was her, but it could be you. Please have awareness and help. The thief likely stole these items to sell them; let's support our colleague. You can message me with any information; your identity will remain confidential," Domínguez stated in her message.

The looting of the business reflects a worrying trend in Cuba, where the economic crisis and the lack of effective responses to crime have left many entrepreneurs in a vulnerable situation.

The publication of the complaint on social media has generated a wave of outrage and solidarity among internet users.

Some comments reflect the impact of the incident: "My God, how much evil among us Cubans, why do they do this? Poor manicurist, with how expensive products and items are. My dear, don't give up, you will get through this and hopefully find out who did this evil to you. Blessings to you," expressed a user.

Another person shared their experience: "I went through that. It's the saddest and worst thing there is. With the sacrifice one makes to build their business, and then some jerk comes along to ruin everything."

Some also highlighted the possibility of identifying the stolen products: "Poor girl. The reality is that we manicurists know very well who sells this type of product in Havana and who doesn't. So we will clearly know if they are posted for sale. What a great annoyance the lack of empathy is in this country."
