The week begins with increases in the main currencies of Cuba's informal market

The dollar and euro are rising in the Cuban informal market, reaching 370 and 388 CUP respectively. The MLC remains at 260 CUP. These changes impact the daily economy of Cubans.

The informal currency market in Cuba continues to show signs of volatility, with notable increases in the exchange rate of the US dollar (USD) and the euro (EUR), while the MLC remains stable.

At 8:00 AM this Monday, the dollar opened with an increase of two pesos compared to the previous day and stands at 370 CUP, while the euro rises by three pesos, reaching 388 CUP, getting closer once again to the psychological barrier of 390.

The freely convertible currency (MLC), for its part, maintains its value of 260 CUP, following a slight recovery on Sunday.
