The daily average of gasoline prices in Florida was $2.93 per gallon at the beginning of last week, marking the lowest price since May.
However, as of this Sunday, the average was around $3.08 per gallon, according to the weekly report from The Auto Club Group (AAA).
Even so, the average this Sunday is 6 cents lower than last month and 30 cents lower than at the same time last year.
The gas stations with the highest prices are located in West Palm Beach-Boca Raton ($3.24), Naples ($3.16), and Gainesville ($3.14).

Minor fluctuations in prices are an indicator of market stability, according to Mark Jenkins, spokesperson for AAA.
"We have seen this pattern repeat for almost a year: gas prices drop for about 10 days and then rise again (…) With minimal movement in the futures markets for oil and gasoline, we expect pump prices to continue fluctuating within the same range for now," he stated.
Last month, the clash between Iran and Israel generated uncertainty in international fuel markets, causing prices to surge to $3.15 per gallon.
