The Cuban influencer Rachel Arderi, wife of Oniel Bebeshito, shared intimate details in her Instagram stories about her recent cosmetic surgery in Miami, where she underwent a second breast operation following complications with her first procedure performed in Cuba.

"After I had the baby, in January 2025 I started having pain and felt that the implants were coming out of place," the young woman confessed, visibly emotional as she answered questions from her followers. "They would harden, and they caused me pain," she added.

Rachel explained that she had surgery for the first time in 2023, but shortly after, she became pregnant. During breastfeeding, she began to experience persistent discomfort in her chest, which led her to undergo medical studies. “One of my implants was worn out and also encapsulated,” she revealed.

In light of that diagnosis, she decided to consult a specialist in plastic surgery in Miami. “I consulted with the same doctor who operated on Isabella Ladera and other influencers. He gave me a lot of confidence, and I am happy with the results,” she stated.

Regarding the technical details, she mentioned that previously she had implants of 325 cc and has now opted for 385 cc, following the surgeon's recommendation, who took into account that she had breastfed her two children. “I wanted them to look natural. Even after the surgery, many didn’t know if I had them done,” she said.

During her recovery, Rachel has been honest about the initial discomforts. “I felt burning at the wound site and discomfort in my stomach from the anesthesia and medications, but after three or four days, it passes,” she assured. Despite the postoperative discomfort, she remained optimistic: “Now I can see they look natural. I’ll show you properly later, but for now, I can’t take off the girdle.”

Rachel Arderi continues to strengthen her bond with her audience by sharing not only her public persona but also her personal processes with transparency and responsibility. “Make sure to inform yourselves well before undergoing any procedure,” she advised those considering surgery.
