The Cuban comedian Cuqui La Mora is recovering satisfactorily after being hospitalized in the United States due to a kidney stone.
From the stretcher at the health facility, the comedian shared a photo on Instagram where she updated her followers with the humorous tone she is known for.
"I’ve had a stone in my shoe, another on the road, but this is my first kidney stone, more like a big one. But I'm fine now, out of danger and pain, thanks to God," he wrote.
In the same post, Cuqui took the opportunity to praise the U.S. healthcare system, and for her it was impossible not to compare it with healthcare in Cuba: "Every day I love this country more, the hospital and the care are incredible", she added.
