The Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera has filed a lawsuit against her ex-partner, the Colombian singer Beéle, for allegedly leaking an intimate video of them that went viral on social media on September 7.

Ladera argues that he has suffered "shame, humiliation, and mental distress as a result of the public disclosure of his private affairs and activities."
The relationship between the two began in December 2023 and, according to the influencer, it was Beéle who requested to record their intimate encounters during their relationship. In May 2024, Ladera claims to have asked him to delete the videos, but he refused and questioned her trust, as stated in the complaint.
The scandal broke when the video was shared via WhatsApp and quickly went viral. Ladera turned to Instagram on September 8 to publicly hold the singer accountable for the leak, calling it "one of the cruelest betrayals" she had experienced and pointing out that it constituted a form of violence against women.
For his part, Beéle denied being the author of the leak in a statement published on September 9 —which was later deleted— in which he claimed he was also a victim of the non-consensual dissemination of the intimate material. His legal representatives indicated that legal actions had been initiated in both the United States and Colombia to remove the content from digital platforms and preserve the evidence under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
So far, neither the singer nor his lawyers have responded to new requests for comments on the ongoing legal proceedings.
