A young Cuban posted a heartbreaking video on TikTok where she breaks down in tears while expressing the pain of being unable to return to Cuba to see her family after being exiled by the regime.

"I made this video with a pain in my chest because the thought of not being able to see my loved ones anymore kills me, but God has plans for everyone, and I leave everything in His hands, amen," she wrote in the post's description.

Through tears, she explained that it is not about a desire to return to support the government financially, but rather to reunite with her loved ones

"Every time someone asks me why I want to return to Cuba, if it's a dictatorship and I left it, I reply that I don't want to go back to give my money to the government. What I want is to be able to see my family," he said.

The young woman shared that what hurts her the most is thinking that, in the event of an emergency or the loss of a loved one, she would not be able to be present or say goodbye: “That’s what kills me, not being able to give a kiss or a hug. People forget that everyone has a family or had one at some point, and that’s the only thing that hurts me.”

He also reported that many Cubans feel exiled from their own country and expressed his hope that the struggle they currently face will have meaning in the future: “I hope that the fight we are all having, those of us who are being exiled from our own land, will be worth it in the future. Perhaps we may never return, but justice must be served.”

The video, posted on the account of the young woman @cubanza2025, has moved thousands of users who have shown solidarity with the Cuban woman's pain.
