Content creator Teresa Creando Style (@teresacreandoestilofg) sparked controversy on social media after stating in a video that "Cuban women don't know how to dress well."

The influencer, known for her straightforward style and fashion advice, explained that many women on the island "confuse sensuality with vulgarity" and offered several recommendations to enhance personal image.

"To look sexy, you don't have to be in spandex all day. You don't have to show too much to feel sensual," said Teresa, while criticizing sequin t-shirts, stating that "those glitter banners don't look nice; they look cheap."

He also criticized skinny jeans: “If you have a pair in your closet, throw them out. They’re horrible, they don’t flatter, and if you don’t have a nice body, you look like a tamale.”

Regarding accessories, she recommended avoiding thick gold chains because "they look terrible" and advised investing in a good watch.

In addition, she advised being careful when choosing handbags: “If you’re going to buy a replica, consider the price of the original and balance the outfit, because it's obvious from afar that you’re carrying a fake bag.”
